In this presentation, we’ll explore how Tipasa integrates with Alma, WMS, and RapidILL and the impacts on ILL workflows and practices. Meg will discuss the integration with Alma Circulation and using Alma notifications, borrowing and lending renewals, and tags. Next, Brandon will demonstrate integration with WorldShare Circulation including automated item creation, automated receiving and hold placement, and patron branch pickup workflows. And John will outline automation workflows with regards to RapidILL integration, patron record uploads, and request field populations. All three presenters will share their experiences with configuring the systems and successfully integrating new processes into their workflows.
